The atelier
We do not do bouquets.
Maison Flor makes forty pieces a season and then stops. Everything is cut at Rungis at four in the morning, built the same day, and delivered by hand across Paris within forty-eight hours. Nothing is held in a cold store waiting for an order.
That is why the collection closes. When the last stem of a piece is gone, it is gone until next spring — we would rather disappoint you than substitute something you did not choose.
