The palace is not a venue
It is a house, still owned by the family that built it. Nothing is hired in, nothing is branded, and no supplier has ever been permitted to photograph it for their own portfolio. What happens here does not appear on the internet, including on this page — the frames behind you are of the grounds and the anteroom only.

One season, one wedding
The household opens in May and closes in September. In that window we host a single wedding, over four days, with the family in residence as your hosts. The remainder of the year the palace is a home, which is the only reason it still feels like one.

Three rooms are used
The rest of the house remains closed. This is not a limitation we apologise for — it is why the three you use are in the condition they are.
The Anteroom
Arrival and aperitif. Frescoed 1604, restored 2019, and the only room the household permits to be photographed.

The Long Gallery
Dinner at a single table of ninety, laid with the household's own service. No marquee has ever stood on these grounds.

The Water Garden
The ceremony, at seven, when the canal is still. Ninety chairs, and no amplification is permitted or needed.

Access
By introduction only
The household does not accept direct enquiries. If your planner holds a reference, enter it. If not, you may request an introduction and the concierge will respond, or will not.
Reference accepted
The concierge has your planner on file. You will receive the season's remaining date, the household's terms and the private gallery within one working day.
Request received
The concierge reads every request personally and replies within five working days — with a date, or with a courteous no. Neither answer is automated.
